1 out of 5 starsthe frame has 4 staples in the front, holding it together and are very noticeable. The item pictured does not show this. Also the canvas was stretched out and bubbling, probably because it was shipped in an envelope and not in a box. They have a few staples holding the canvas to the back of the frame, 4 did not hold the canvas to the wood, they missed. paid way too much for inferior quality.

I am so sorry this order did not meet your expectations! I appreciate the photos you shared, and will issue you a refund due to the damage to the canvas shown. Each handwriting sign is unique, and as noted in the listing some frames can come with staples in the front, also shown in a few of the sample photos (white frame and framed vs. unframed examples). Again, I am deeply sorry you were not satisfied but do hope I was able to make this right. Thanks again for shopping small.

Can I Customize / Personalize an Order?
Yes! Some of my favorite projects are made when a customer reaches out with their vision and we work together to transform that vision into a one of a kind product. You will be involved in a custom order each step of the way - from the initial design concept to approval of the final design. How Do I Pay For Custom Orders?
For all custom orders, please reach out first and we will work through all the details together. You can do so through Etsy, Instagram, or email at bellsandwhistlesboutiquenj@gmail.com.
Once the final details are figured out, I will create a unique Etsy listing for you to complete the order & payment.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All items are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depending on the size & weight of the product). Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive AFTER your order has been processed & fulfilled. Bells and Whistles ships from New Jersey, so this time frame may vary depending on how far your order is traveling.
The other exception is digital downloads. These listings do not have a physical product, so no shipping is required!
What is the Best Way to Care For Apparel that has an Iron-On Design?
All apparel with iron-on designs should be washed inside-out in cold water and air dried. These steps together will aid in the longevity of the garment. If pressing / ironing is necessary, please do so on a cold setting, and do not iron directly onto the iron-on design.
What is the Best Way to Care for Glassware, Mugs, and other Drinking Vessels?
Hand wash only, do not put these products in the dishwasher. Good quality permanent vinyl is used for all drinking vessel products.
Are Your Signs Made with Vinyl or Hand-Painted?
Depends on the sign! I use a mix of both, and include design materials within each listing. If you have questions or would like something different than what is described in the listing, please reach out to me directly.
Do You Offer Discounts?

How do instant download / digital listings work?
Instant downloads are products that are fulfilled digitally in that your final product is a digital file vs. a physical product. This is also referred to as 'printable art' as it's something you download, print, and have - possibly in minutes! It is simple, quick and affordable way to change up your home or office vibes.
